Is Lewis Hamilton disappointed not to work with Newey? Hamilton responds

The mastermind will be able to work with Fernando Alonso, a racing legend in his own right. But how does Hamilton feel about Newey snubbing Ferrari for Aston Martin?
In the past, both Hamilton and Newey admitted that they would've loved to have worked together. Although it will now most likely never happen, the 105-time Grand Prix winner isn't too disappointed. Not working with Newey 'will not change anything' for Hamilton
Still, Hamilton stated, "I think probably any team would have been happy to have had him, but at the end of the day, you had to do what was best for him. It doesn't change anything for me or my goal or my focus with the next move, so I still believe 100% that there's lots that we can do."
Fernando Alonso was overjoyed that he would get to work with Newey over the next few years. The Spaniard and two time world champion was elated on media day in Baku. He called Aston Martin with Newey in it "the team of the future".
