Verstappen motivated Red Bull 'through good and bad moments'

As the 2025 season is quickly approaching, Red Bull Racing is finishing up on the RB21. In the new car, Max Verstappen will continue towards his next championship. It was only after constantly pushing the RB20 to the max, that he was able to win his fourth consecutive championship. Red Bull now has the information from last season to move forward and fix their issues with the RB21.
What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger and in this case, it's Red Bull looking for a comeback. After dealing with the blow that was losing the constructors' championship, they are working harder than ever to reach the top step once again.
'Red Bull strengthened'
After the rough season that they had, Verstappen believes that it made them stronger. To GPblog and others, he said "I would like to believe so". In terms of how he handled the season, he said, "I'm very happy with how I've dealt with it, and I hope that it's something positive, also for the future [with] similar scenarios happening".
When reflecting on the past season, Christian Horner only had high words for Verstappen and how he handled the "crisis". To that Verstappen said, "If you call it [a crisis]. Yeah, it was a part of it for sure more, let's say, talking also off track. I normally don't really like to talk, but sometimes is necessary."
While he doesn't like to talk he seems to be good at it while motivating the team. On whether or not it worked he said, "I would hope so, in my own way."
"Well, you also get a more personal relationship with everyone, so I think naturally it becomes better anyway, just with knowing people more personally and going through good and bad moments together" Verstappen concluded.
