Valtteri Bottas continued Mercedes' dominance at Monza this weekend as he topped the final session before qualifying. McLaren secured a good result as Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris finished P2 and P3 respectively.

Bottas' time of 1:20.089 was enough to continue the Silver Arrows' dominance this weekend and established their position going into qualifying. Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris were next in line as they flexed their muscles before qualifying.

Daniel Ricciardo was able to finish fourth despite his session ending early. After setting a fast lap which was at time the third fastest, he suffered a mechanical, resulting in a red flag.

Lewis Hamilton finished fifth, as Mercedes weren't quite able to completely dominate the final session of the weekend. The Brit might also be in hot water after an incident late in the session going into Parabolica, which the stewards might have a look at.

Max Verstappen (P6), Alex Albon (P7), Esteban Ocon (P8), Lance Stroll (P9) and Sergio Perez (P10) completed the top ten.

FP3 didn't bring much joy for Williams as George Russell and Nicholas Latifi finished P18 and P19 with only Antonio Giovinazzi behind them. It was the final practice session for the Williams family who will leave the team after this race following the sale of the constructor to Dorilton Capital.
