Horner sees a 'new' Red Bull with Verstappen: "He's coping well with that"

With Max Verstappen, Red Bull Racing is currently on a very strong run. Since Monaco they have won all races and were on pole three times in a row. The icing on the cake was the Dutchman's Grand Slam at the Red Bull Ring. Christian Horner feels that Verstappen is worth his weight in gold for the team.
"He has brought a dynamic into the team, particularly now with the experience he has at the ripe old age of 23. He deserves a car and engine that we have finally been able to provide to go and challenge Mercedes, and he is relishing that," Horner explained at The Guardian.
Being fastest every weekend
Horner sees that a good car is all Verstappen needs. "That’s all he cares about, that’s all he wants to do." This season, Verstappen has that entire package to break the Mercedes dominance. Horner therefore keeps his team on their toes to continuously develop, so as not to fall behind Mercedes after all.
"Every single weekend we need to be on top of what we are doing to make these results happen, you cannot relax and sit back," Horner concluded.
