Verstappen knows: 'Only advantage you can have is a faster car'

The second half of the season starts this weekend with a race at Spa. For Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton, this means that they will continue their tough battle for the championship. Both on and off track.
Verstappen said during the press conference of formula1.co.uk Verstappen said during the press conference that he doesn't necessarily see an advantage in the fact that Hamilton has already won seven world championships and he hasn't.
"The only advantage you can have is a faster car. There are so many good drivers who have no chance to compete for prizes. Whether it's 7, 1 or 0 titles, after a few years in the top you know you always have to finish and get as many points as possible. We are all doing our best so I don't see the benefit of that."
Verstappen eight points behind going into second half of season
Something that was almost impossible to imagine just two races before the end of the first half of the season. Verstappen dominated during the triple header in Austria and together with Red Bull won a huge number of races in a row.
After the incidents in Silverstone and Hungary, his lead in the world championship has disappeared. Hamilton is eight points ahead of the Dutchman ahead of the Spa weekend.
