Internet reactions: 'No disrespect to Max, but Lewis is the best driver'
- GPblog.com
A lot happened during the final sprint race of the season. Lewis Hamilton came back from P20 to P5 and Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez were fighting with Valtteri Bottas and Carlos Sainz. The internet of course reacted to the last sprint race of the season in abundance.
As far as sprint races go that’s pretty good.

Variance of tyres was nice but Hamilton made the whole thing watchable. What a drive
While it was very impressive from Hamilton and the pace of the Mercedes gives him a chance tomorrow, the flip side is he's more likely to be involved in an incident in the middle of the pack on the opening lap. Not a given that he makes progress #F1 #BrazilGP

Bottas’ drive on soft tyres to get ahead of Verstappen for tomorrow was SO GOOD!!!

This man has genuinely evolved since announcing his move to Alfa
Proof that the #F1Sprint format needs more jeopardy and uncertainty to succeed.

Quick car/driver starting at the back and a mix of tyre strategies in Brazil made it rather good, unlike the procession at Monza.
Also helps that Interlagos is bloody amazing.
Lewis Hamilton just made an absolute mockery of the field. However you take that, you're probably right. #F1Sprint

Geeeez. What a drive by HAM. He might actually win tomorrow even with the grid penalty. #F1Sprint

So by having two Sprint wins, does that make Bottas the World Sprint Champion? Is he the Sprintingiest driver of the year? Is he the Sprint Master? Sprint Legend? Just The Sprint? I'm sure there's some bizarre award for it. #BrazilGP #F1Sprint

salty spice is on fire today in the F1 interviews. His levels of Karen are only seen on local FB pages. Red bull, Horner and verstappen are all little cry babies after that #f1sprint #SkyF1 #F1

No disrespect to Max Verstappen, but Lewis Hamilton is simply the best #F1 driver of 2021.
