Charles Leclerc has a new engine at his disposal at Zandvoort this weekend. In what is the fifteenth Grand Prix of the season, the Monegasque's car has a new internal combustion engine, turbocharger, MGU-K and exhaust. It will not land him a grid penalty.
For Leclerc, though, if he has one more new internal combustion engine (ICE) put in his Ferrari, he faces a grid penalty of 10 spots. He will also get a grid penalty if he does not make it through this season with his current turbocharger and MGU-K. Even with those two engine parts, he is at the maximum allowed.
Furthermore, Sergio Perez has opted for a new exhaust. For him, too, this has no further impact on his position on the grid.
