After a nail-biting race at the Las Vegas Street Circuit, Ferrari once again managed to gain points on Mercedes in their battle for second place in the constructors' standings. The gap is now only four points between the two teams. The battle between McLaren and Aston Martin is also heating up, after the British team only scored a single point in the state of Nevada.
With both Ferraris finishing ahead of the two Mercedes, and Charles Leclerc stepping on the podium, the Italian team earned 26 points in Las Vegas, 16 more than Mercedes did. While Oscar Piastri managed to cancel out Fernando Alonso's two points today with finishing in P10 and getting the fastest lap of the race, with Lance Stroll finishing fifth, Aston Martin also gained 10 points on their British rivals.
