Haas is the last team to announce when the car will be presented. The new VF-21 of
Mick Schumacher and
Nikita Mazepin will be the last but one to be presented.
Haas had a tough time in 2020. After a sponsorship deal with Rich Energy in 2019, things only got worse for the team. In 2020, the American team finished ninth and opted for a completely new direction.
Romain Grosjean and
Kevin Magnussen would leave at the end of the season.
Haas announces presentation day last
For 2021, Haas has attracted two new drivers, but remarkably also two 'Rookies'.
Mick Schumacher and
Nikita Mazepin have just finished a season in
Formula 2 and will have to rely on each other in
Formula 1. That will clearly be a tough task for the management.
Schumacher and Mazepin will have to make do with the VF-21 in 2021, which will be presented on Thursday 4 March. At the time of writing, the cars of
Red Bull Racing, AlphaTauri,
McLaren and Alfa Romeo have already been presented. Haas is not the last in the line of presentations, that is still
Williams on March 5.
