Max Verstappen took over the lead in the world championship from Charles Leclerc in Spain. The Dutchman took his fourth victory of the season. Teammate Sergio Perez also did good business with his second place and comes considerably closer to Leclerc.
For a moment it looked like Charles Leclerc was going to do good business in the world championship during the Spanish Grand Prix. The Monegasque was in the lead with Verstappen only in fourth place after a spin. However, with Leclerc dropping out with engine problems, Verstappen still managed to take the win and with it the lead in the championship. In the championship, the Dutchman now has a lead of six points over Leclerc.
Perez took his third podium finish of the season and is now getting close to Leclerc. The Mexican is now nineteen points behind the Ferrari driver. In the top ten there were no further shifts in the championship standings.
Gifted the lead over LeClerc ?
"SUPER" Max was humiliated by Checo, Leclerc and Russell all in ONE race.
Wow!!!
I predicted many years ago Super was overated and I.am being proved right!!
You need to learn that max is the best driver on the grid at the moment. Granted he has the fastest car. If his drs was working properly he would of past George with ease. It's as simple as that. The sooner you stop hating max the sooner you will be happy with your life.
