Does Red Bull have the best Drivers Academy? 'Offers everything to its drivers'

Red Bull Racing is known for giving young drivers opportunities. Together with sister team AlphaTauri, formerly called Toro Rosso, the Austrian racing stable has already trained several great drivers. Formula 3 driver Pepe Marti has also recently become part of the Red Bull Junior Team. He tells Soymotor.com that whatever team would have come along, he would always have chosen to train with Max Verstappen's team.

Over the years, many great talents have broken through at the Red Bull family. Sebastian Vettel became champion four times at the Austrian racing stable, and Verstappen is very close to his third world title. In addition, drivers like Daniel Ricciardo, Pierre Gasly, Carlos Sainz are examples of race winners who were also once at the Red Bull Junior Team.

'I would always have chosen Red Bull'

Despite that, Red Bull is also known for its tough approach to drivers. Daniil Kvyat, Pierre Gasly and Nyck de Vries have been allowed to experience losing a seat with one of the two Red Bull teams mid-season. Marti begins: "It doesn't scare me. If I had to choose an academy, this year, the previous year or any year, I will always choose Red Bull. As an academy I think it is the best place to be. It is an entity that offers everything to the drivers."
