Lewis Hamilton has had a rough start to the season. Whereas in recent years he got used to fighting for the world title, a place in the subtop of the rankings seems the highest attainable goal for the time being. Nevertheless, the Briton continues to look ahead to the next race full of energy.

After a free weekend, the first practice session is scheduled for Friday before moving into qualifying. It will be an interesting moment for Mercedes to see where it stands in relation to the competition.

The German racing team worked hard in the last week and a half on improvements to the cars of Hamilton and George Russell. The aim is for Mercedes to catch up with Red Bull Racing and Ferrari, who are making a better impression on the track.
