Horner: 2019 regulation changes won't help Red Bull

Christian Horner insists the minor changes to the regulations next season will not help Red Bull move closer to Mercedes and Ferrari. F1 are bringing in a few changes which they hope will aid overtaking as a mini fix before the major changes in 2021.
From 2019, the front wing may be adjusted so that drivers can follow each other better, the fuel limit is stretched, and a larger rear wing will help reinforce DRS.
The Red Bull boss doesn't expect any of these issues to improve his Austrian team. He tells Racefans: "It will not help us. It all comes down to what the men of the engines do. You think you have reached a good line in which everything starts to come together, but I do not think that is really the case."
