Lando Norris is doing well so far in his preparations for the
French Grand Prix. However, there may be bad news on the horizon for the young Briton as he has to report to the stewards.
The final free practice session for the
French Grand Prix is over and
Lando Norris may have misbehaved. During the session, a possible infringement of the
McLaren driver was already noticed and he must now report to the stewards, reports
Chris Medland on Twitter.
Norris is said to have obstructed
Lance Stroll in FP3. The Canadian of Aston Martin was reportedly making a test start until Norris impeded him. The stewards will now decide whether the
McLaren driver will receive a grid penalty or a reprimand or no penalty at all.
Good preparation for Norris
A grid penalty for the Briton would ruin his preparation. In the free practice sessions so far Norris has set fast lap times. In all sessions, the driver has finished in the top ten, which is good news for McLaren. Norris has a good chance to end up in Q3, provided he does not receive a hard penalty for the race.
