Bahrain Grand Prix here.
Verstappen will start from first place at the
Bahrain International Circuit when the lights go out on Saturday. Next to him on the grid is Leclerc, who was just under two-tenths slower in the all-important run in qualifying. Russell and
Carlos Sainz are on the starting row behind, followed by
Sergio Perez and Fernando Alonso.
Lando Norris and
Oscar Piastri start from start row four, knowing that they showed good race pace in the longruns on Thursday. The differences in qualifying were also minimal, so there is a good chance they can work their way to the front. The fifth row consists of
Lewis Hamilton and
Nico Hulkenberg.
