Max Verstappen reached a special milestone. During the race, he completed his 3,000th career lap in the lead.
Red Bull Racing have celebrated that milestone.
Thanks to his victory in the Japan GP, Verstappen has reached another milestone. The
Red Bull Racing driver passed the 3,000-lap mark in the lead, and the total number of laps now stands at 3,009.
This leaves him behind only
Lewis Hamilton,
Michael Schumacher, and Sebastian Vettel. Hamilton's record stands at 5,455. Next on the list is
Sebastian Vettel, who drove 3,501 laps in the lead during his
F1 career.
