Daniel Ricciardo admits he wants to turn around his fortunes next weekend as the Hockenheimring returns to F1.
The Red Bull driver is hopeful he can "turn things around" for the upcoming German Grand Prix.
The Australian faced a difficult spell in Formula 1's first ever 'triple-header'.
Fourth place in France, and then a retirement in Austria and a fifth placed finish at Silverstone was not what Ricciardo would have wished for.
His team mate Max Verstappen was on the podium twice during this triple-header, though, with a second placed finish in France before a victory in Austria.
Ricciardo has already won twice already in 2018 in China and Monaco.
The 29-year-old will be hoping to replicate this sort of form as he pushes himself to climb back up the table.
"It's good to have a bit of a break after the triple-header," Ricciardo admitted to Crash.net.
"Things haven't quite gone my way over the last three races, but I'm looking forward to getting back on track and to things turning around in Germany and Hungary.
"Hockenheim is a fun circuit and I've always enjoyed going there. My highlight is probably the battle I had there with (Fernando) Alonso in 2014 which I loved.
"Turn 1 is super-fast and the track is good for overtaking. The stadium section is also fast with a big bold left hander. All round it's a good track and one I've always gone well on and enjoyed."
