Schumacher is immediately compared to his father: ''He just wants to get better''

Mick Schumacher will make his debut at Haas in 2021, where he will join Nikita Mazepin in Formula One. The young German has the Formula 2 and 3 title to his name, and made quite an impression in the entry-level classes. He also made a good impression with his new team.

''We have a few people at Haas who worked with Michael before at Ferrari. They knew Michael very well and were very emotional when Mick joined us. Schumacher sometimes needs some time to get used to a class. For example, he took the title in Formula 2 and 3 both only in his second year. ''It's like Niki Lauda once pointed out. He learned the most from his defeats, not from his victories. After all, if you win, you don't have to learn anything more'', concludes the Haas team boss.
