During the second day of testing in Bahrain, it's Max Verstappen's turn to put miles on the RB18. Read here who else will be in action on Friday at the Bahrain International Circuit.
Red Bull Racing drove the most laps during the first day of testing in Bahrain on Thursday. Although the test day ended in the gravel trap for Sergio Perez, the Austrian team could look back on a strong first day. On Friday it is the Dutchman's turn, who like his teammate will take care of the entire day.
This is also the case at McLaren, where Lando Norris may have to spend the entire day in action for the second day in a row. Daniel Ricciardo is still ill and, in any case, unable to be in action in the morning. The team has announced that the covid-tests continue to show negative results. The Australian is therefore still around should he recover.
At Haas, we will see a new face on Friday. Mick Schumacher will take care of the morning session, but it is comeback kid Kevin Magnussen who will make his first metres in the VF-22 in the afternoon. Magnussen also gets to drive an hour longer than the rest in the afternoon, as part of making up for the hours missed on Thursday morning.
