Max Verstappen and
Lewis Hamilton are the two drivers who will battle it out for the world title this year. Two completely different personalities, but according to Verstappen that makes it all the better for
Formula 1.
For the past seven years, it's been Mercedes that has been the clock in
Formula 1, with seven titles in the constructors and also seven for the drivers. Six of those went to
Lewis Hamilton, who outside of battles with
Nico Rosberg never really had to fight to the end of the year for the world title. That will be different in 2021.
Verstappen will challenge Hamilton
''In the past couple of years he hasn't had a real fight for the World Championship, this year it's completely different. It's not just his teammate, but now it's another team that he has to beat. They already know that we give full throttle and go to the limit,'' Verstappen told ServusTV.
Verstappen and Hamilton are two completely different people. Whereas the Brit can be followed daily on his
social channels, Verstappen spends less time there.
"Of course I do follow him on Instagram," says the Dutchman.
''I'm a different person. But that's good for Formula 1 because you need different personalities. Lewis is a superstar'', concludes the Red Bull driver.
