Red Bull driver
Max Verstappen had a very disappointing qualifying outing yesterday as he only got the seventh quickest time, but the Dutchman could still be set to pass an impressive milestone on the
Hungaroring; 1000 laps in the top three.
The 20-year-old currently sits on 999 laps in the top three spanning across his two years at
Red Bull Racing. We all know about his expertise when it comes to driving in the rain, so a top-three finish could still be on the cards for Verstappen, who will have to get past four cars in order to get there. And who can put it past him, after what we've seen from him in the rain in Brazil in 2016?
Still, even if we don't see a spectacular drive from the Dutchman, he could also drive a few laps on a podium place should the drivers in front of him pit before him. Not as spectacular, but it will be enough to get him past the milestone.
