What does qualifying say about the Hungarian Grand Prix?

It was an action-packed qualifying session, to say the least. Lewis Hamilton was the best in the rain as he once again beat rival Sebastian Vettel.
In terms of the title fight, Hamilton will be pleased his team-mate Valtteri Bottas is by his side. Going into the first corner, it gives him a little cover, but more importantly, Ferrari are going to have to beat more than one Silver Arrow.
Having said this, conditions are expected to return to dry tomorrow. This will mean the Red car will become the fastest once more, and certainly on the first lap, Vettel and Raikkonen will be breathing down the necks of Bottas and Hamilton.
Ricciardo starts from 12th. In a similar situation to Ferrari, the Red Bull will speed up on the dry track and getting into 6th position shouldn't be too difficult for the Australian.
But that's when his hard work will begin. Overtaking the big guns on this track will be difficult. He said it himself earlier in the week if you don't get onto the front row, it's going to be challenging. In the heat, tyre blistering may well come to his rescue.
Max Verstappen is also on the catch-up. He'll face the same problems.
There's so much going on in F1 this year, and the excitement continues further back on the grid. Carlos Sainz 5th place gives him an advantage for the 'best of the rest' position.
But Toro Rosso have their best chance to score massively this weekend. Both Gasly and Hartley are inside the top eight cars, and if they don't struggle with reliability issues, they are almost certain to close the gap on McLaren in the constructors' championship.
