Toto Wolff confirms Force India have five bidders but his Mercedes are not one of them.

Force India entered administration last week and there are five bidders, according to Mercedes boss Toto Wolff.

The interested parties, however, do not include Mercedes confirms Wolff.

Wolff claimed earlier on in the week that Force India had "great interest" from investors with "deep pockets" that could get the Silverstone-based team out of administration.

"The team has gone into ordinary administration and the administrator is taking over," the Mercedes boss told Crash.net.

"There are five bidders. We're not one of them and we're not interested. We are one of the creditors, one of the suppliers that has helped the team over God knows how many years in competing. So let's see how it goes."

Wolff has previously had a financial stake in Williams but the Austrian investor claims that he would not again be interested in having a role in another Formula One team in the foreseeable future.

"When I decided to take up the opportunity with Daimler and became a shareholder of the Mercedes F1 team and involved in the management of it, I had to relinquish all positions of potential conflict of interest," Wolff added.

"I sold my shares in HWA, and I also shold the shares in Williams. I will not, neither directly or indirectly, be involved in any other Formula One team."
