Fernando Alonso has been and always will be a giant disgrace to F1. Anyone who blackmails a team should be banned from professional competition.14-04-2021 21:37

Raikkonen is still phenomenal on race day, he is getting better every year in this hybrid era. The other one, I don't know.08-03-2021 09:35

Would Messi have lost to Trulli in 2004? Nope.29-06-2020 20:57

You lost the title because Kimi Raikkonen went on a rampage in the second half of 2007, when Ferrari made the car handle better for his driving style. Kimi had 9 podiums in the last 10 races. 6 wins with 2 Mechanical DNFS while: Alonso had 4 wins with 0 Mechanical DNFS Lewis had 4 wins with 0 Mechanical DNFs Alonso drove like total garbage in Spain, France (embarrassing), Canada (Alonso's worst race?), China (forgot he was even in this race until half way) and Fuji (crashed). That's what cost him the title. Not the intra team rivalry. Kimi was just insanely good once the front end suspension was tweaked for Magny Cours. Still far from the setup he enjoyed at McLaren on Michelins though.28-06-2020 16:28

Montoya what a legend. Better than Button, and JPM is the best driver not to win a championship this century.28-06-2020 02:28

He was elite beyond words on those 2013 Softer Pirelli tyres before Pirelli changed their tyres after Silverstone 2013, to stupidly limit tyre pressure and camber limits and made the compounds far harder, favoring Red Bull and Mercedes. Before that Kimi was F1's finest, he loved the way those early 2013 Pirelli tyres felt especially around the front end of the car.21-06-2020 20:25

Yeah but Kimi was faster than Max and Newey knows it. Kimi was the ultimate number 1 from 2003-2006. That fact he is comparing them tells you all you need to know. Prime Kimi was a monster. And Newey let him down and is probably still traumatized by that 2004 season when Kimi refused to drive the 2004 McLaren after a beef between Kimi and Adrian about a car failure, which Newey blamed on Kimi during testing.19-06-2020 18:02

I'd still take a prime Kimi over Alonso. Let Alonso Lewis, Max, Charles who are all better than Alonso. Winning a rigged WEC, LeMans and doing an Indy Oval doesn't make you good. NASCAR and WRC are FAR tougher than any motorsport category Alonso had done.08-06-2020 06:02
