As far as I am concerned Lewis is already the 8th time F1 Champion and it really should not matter if he is not officially given the recognition by The FIA and also by all the so called professionals in the sport who have almost first hand trackside knowledge of exactly what transpired and how the race got decided....I have no objection to Max being given the Cup and the bottle of bubbly but as a one off in history of this sport and because of what happened Lewis deserves to be called a champion in the very least.....and remember that history will always have a marker for F1 result for 2021 and with 360° View of the race without any embilshments...That is my heartfelt viewpoint....and I bet many many many people across the world who love F1 racing....Lewis actually deserves this18-02-2022 21:58

For the res of his lifetime Verstappen is never going to fully own the title of the 2021 F1 Champions unless he acknowledges in his heart and mind that there was a certain discrepancy in the way the race was resumed after the Latifi Crash and if fairness called the shots then Lewis would have most likely won...but now we will never know...unless Lewis is the unacknowledged likely winner of the Abu Dhabi race....Ideally 2021 should be an exception in the F1 history where the race winner title should have two names written for posterity.... At least in my mind this is how I will always see this and so will many many F1 lovers all over the world.09-02-2022 13:04

I would disagree with whoever says that Lewis got beaten by Max in the Abu Dhabi race... Lewis in the very least is an equal winner of the 2021 F1 Chsmpionship since the title has now been gifted to Max. The long memory of history will.not look.kindly on F1 for the race to have been decided in such a horrific way. by an ill considered decision by a race director who was so easily swayed by the team principal of Red Bull...Lewis led for most of the race and there were all those cars as a buffer between Lewis snd Max gor when the race resumed for the last la and that is how the race should have been run...and so consider Lewis for a change Ralpha. ..Lewis his been robbed....and if justice gets done then Max will be happier in the very .long run for understanding that Lewis alo won the F1 tithe race ....and that is how I think it should pan out if the chief of FI A were to sort this unfair situation created by a careless decision by the race director16-01-2022 03:05

Share the championship title for the sake of all that is decent and for justice to be at the helm...for 2021 and only for this championship just share the championship...History will judge this gesfure well in the long run.and Lewis will have his 8th title16-12-2021 10:10

Share the championship award between Lewis and Max for this year as a one off .. This way some justice will be done since they were do equally matched this year and this way F1A can also redeem themselves from all the questionable episodes of this year and most importantly Lewis can be justly rewarded with his well deserved 8th F1 championship title...Of course such an exceptional gesture by F1A would never again be repeated in the future years.15-12-2021 00:52
