The Formula One drivers are preparing for the
Dutch Grand Prix this weekend. However,
Max Verstappen and
Yuki Tsunoda also have time for relaxation. Both men decided to take up the challenge to race backwards in DAF's at Zandvoort, as can be seen on
Red Bull's YouTube channel.
Tsunoda's qualifying lap showed that the challenge is not easy. He drove the wrong way into the first corner and ended up crashing into the wall. Verstappen was able to keep his car in one piece and took the first starting position.
In the race Verstappen proved to be faster than his competitor. Tsunoda did everything he could to catch the reigning world champion, but he was unable to prevent Verstappen from taking his first victory of the week.
Verstappen looks ready for Dutch GP
Friday's Dutch GP starts with the first two free practices. Verstappen is in his element thanks to his victories in the past three race weekends. The leader of the world championship has a safe lead over
Charles Leclerc and is well on his way to his second world title in his career.
