WATCH: How the halo saved Charles Leclerc at Spa

In one of the scariest crashes of the season, Nico Hulkenberg's error at the first corner of the Belgian Grand Prix started a pile-up which saw Fernando Alonso's McLaren ride over the top of Charles Leclerc's Sauber. The damage to Leclerc's halo immediately suggested that if it wasn't there he could have been seriously injured, and this video from Autosport shows how the halo potentially saved his life.
