2019 was a largely successful year for Toro Rosso, finishing sixth in the constructors' standings, just six points behind Renault in front of them. This all came despite a driver change midway through the season as Alex Albon moved up to Aston Martin Red Bull Racing and Pierre Gasly came down to Toro Rosso.
