Round two of the Formula One World Championship is already over! The standings are starting to take shape. Red Bull already have a substantial lead and that Ferrari, with substitute Bearman, managed to maintain the second spot well. Below is the full constructors' standings as they stand now!
Red Bull Racing already have a substantial lead. They have scored 38 more points than Ferrari. The maximum points possible during a traditional race weekend is 44 so the Austrian team almost have a 'Grand Prix lead' already. Ferrari also have a decent lead of their own in the battle for second place. Everything will change but a 21 point difference to McLaren is healthy at this stage.
Mercedes have scored just 26 points. Aston Martin have 13 points, 12 of which were scored by Fernando Alonso. Haas scored one point in the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and therefore become the first 'bottom five' team to get points in 2024. They take an early lead in that battle.
