Fans criticise new clothing partner of Red Bull for simple design
- GPblog.com
Max Verstappen and Sergio Pérez will walk around next season in clothing designed by Red Bull Racing's new clothing sponsor Castore. The British brand recently showed the new clothing, but there has been a lot of criticism, especially from fans.
Red Bull had been associated with Puma for many years and every year they would renew their clothing line with new garments depending on the driver or the colours of the new car. Castore is a British manufacturer of sports and athletics clothing, based in Manchester. The company's products are sold in more than 50 countries around the world and they have sponsorship deals with football teams, cricket teams, rugby teams and tennis players.
Criticism
After announcing that the new clothing line would be unveiled on 24 January, the British brand made no announcement, this was also much to the dismay of fans. Eventually, the new clothing did show up on the team's website. Here are some of the reactions:
Castore stuff is so mid. Quality’s poor on the McLaren stuff will probably be the same for red bull
