The Brazilian (São Paulo) Grand Prix is next on the schedule, bringing a slightly different schedule than usual. The 2023
Brazilian Grand Prix at
Interlagos will take place on Sunday, November 5, at 17:00 BST. It will be the 20th race in the 2023
Formula 1 season. It's the final sprint weekend of the season and
F1's final stop on a triple-header.
Max Verstappen has won 16 races in the 2023
Formula 1 season, a brand new record. Given those results and the performance of the RB19, Verstappen and Red Bull are favourites to win again. He will start Sunday's race from pole. There is still plenty to play for, including P2 in the Drivers' Championship, which sees
Lewis Hamilton trying to catch
Sergio Perez.
When will the drivers be in action?
The
Brazilian Grand Prix weekend will see the sprint format of Formula 1. Just one practice session took place on Friday, with qualifying for the Grand Prix on Friday evening. The sprint format dominates the proceedings on Saturday, with the Sprint Shootout forming the grid for the sprint race. The main event takes place on Sunday at 17:00 BST (14:00 local time).
