A record-breaking day in Mexico; Max Verstappen winning back-to-back Mexican Grands Prix, Lewis Hamilton being crowned world champion for a fifth time! Incredible race, and some incredible performances... here's how the drivers who finished in the top five rated...

Max Verstappen (Red Bull) - 10

An unbelieveable drive for Max. You know when the person isn't on the TV too much, he's driving well. Stayed out of all the action behind, by simply going too far ahead. I think it's safe to call him a Mexican Grand Prix specialist now!

Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) - 8.5

Under the circumstances, with all the world title talk etc. - it was a very impressive drive from Vettel. He managed his first ever podium in Mexico, he came up from fourth in the grid and gave Daniel Ricciardo a real hard time all race. Excellent, despite the disappointment of Hamilton's crown.

Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari) - 6.5

Rather disappointed with Kimi; an unreal drive in America last week had me hoping he'd finish the season off in true Raikkonen style. It's a podium, nonetheless, but that was rather handed to him following Ricciardo's unfortunate retirement.

Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) - 6.5

An unforgettable day for Lewis to be crowned a champion for the fifth time, it's extraordinary. But his drive itself was actually rather ordinary in Mexico. A good start from Lewis was rather overshadowed by tyre issues and constant bickering with Mercedes on the team radio.

Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes) - 6

Bottas was nowhere near Hamilton and it was like that all weekend. Just seemed a little "off the pace" in Mexico. It'll be interesting to see in the next two races in Brazil and Abu Dhabi, if Mercedes push for a Bottas win, to give him his first of the season now that the title is decided.
