Red Bull Racing are currently at the absolute top of Formula 1. Hard to achieve, but perhaps even harder to hold on to. Christian Horner reveals what he believes is the key to his team's continued success.

Mercedes also enjoyed years of dominance in F1, but when the new regulations came into force in 2022, Toto Wolff's team hit the mark. Since then, George Russell has won just one race on behalf of the German racing team, while Lewis Hamilton's last win dates from 2021.
How does Horner manage to keep his staff on their toes and avoid complacency? "I think it's a fear of failure," the Red Bull team boss told PlanetF1.com. "Once you’ve experienced winning, it becomes addictive."
He continued: "When you’ve been through a period, like we did for seven years, where, for reasons beyond our control we weren’t able to consistently win – although we did win in every year bar one at least two Grands Prix – you have to celebrate all the good days in this business, because you never know how long they’re going to last. I think you have to embrace and celebrate every success because you don’t know what the future holds."
