The situation has changed with the F1 Constructors Championship standings as McLaren have closed the gap drastically to Red Bull with eight rounds remaining in the season. There are now just eight points behind Red Bull as Ferrari also look to get in on the act.

Red Bull Racing have seen their gap drop drastically over recent weekends, but now the alarm bells are sounding as McLaren are just eight points behind with eight races remaining. With a P2 and P3 in Monza for McLaren, the gap could've been even closer. Verstappen and Perez finished the race in P6 and P8 respectively. 

Meanwhile, with Charles Leclerc's win and Caros Sainz finishing in fourth, McLaren and Red Bull will also have to watch for a surge from Ferrari who are now just 39 points behind the leaders.
