Happening in only a little over a month, the new Formula 1 season is just around the corner. With that, more and more of the 10 F1 teams, have been releasing information surrounding their cars. Ferrari took to the social media platform X, to join in on releasing teasers.
As the winter break stretches on, many teams have taken to entertaining the fans. One way of doing that is by teasing what the new season will look, or in this case, sound like. Yesterday, McLaren released what they called the 'sound of 25', it was an audio clip of them firing up their 2025 F1 car, MCLXX (the name is to be announced). Following in the footsteps, Haas and Ferrari did the same thing today.
Ferrari posted a teaser on social media with the sound of the car's engine, after Haas did the same earlier in the day. As the American-based team uses a Ferrari engine, fans can hear what the new Ferrari as well as the new Haas sound like. Not only is it the sound of Oliver Bearman and Esteban Ocon's car, it is also the sound of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc's.
Ferrari will take to the track with the 2025 car on February 19, after the launch. The first time Haas' new car will be in action is during a filming day on 16 February. Held at the Silverstone Circuit in England, Ocon will be in action. Bearman, however, will be waiting a few more days as he will be driving during the second filming day on 24 February.
