McLaren have managed to earn maximum points on the Sunday at the
Chinese Grand Prix, and therefore could extend their lead in the constructors' standings with a one-two finish. For now, Red Bull could remain in P3 ahead of
Ferrari.
Thanks to another dominant performance at the
Shanghai International Circuit,
McLaren managed to consolidate their lead in the standings ahead of Mercedes. The current gap between the two cars stands at 25 points. Still, Mercedes remain in second place, after
George Russell scored another podium for the Germans.
Red Bull remain in third position for now, with only
Max Verstappen collecting points so far, but Ferrari are fast approaching after their difficult weekend back in Melbourne. Today the Dutchman collected 12 points, while
