Dakar rally: Top 10 in every category

The first week of the Dakar rally is over and the drivers are given a rest day in Saudi Arabia. A perfect moment to see which drivers are in the top ten in every category.

Motoren

Toby Price leads the motorbike standings. The first six stages lasted just over 24 hours in total for him. Kevin Benavides follows the Australian closely and is only two minutes and sixteen seconds behind with a time penalty of two minutes. Jose Ignacio Cornejo Florimo also manages to stay close to the top, he is just under three minutes behind.

Stephane Peterhansel leads the way in the car category, just five minutes ahead of Nasser Al-Attiyah. Last year's winner Carlos Sainz is 40 minutes behind the leader.

Nicolas Cavigliasso has built up a considerable lead over the number two Manuel Andujar. The Argentinian is more than half an hour ahead of his fellow countryman. Alexandre Giroud closes the top three with a gap of 45 minutes.
