Vettel did an internship during lockdown: "The topic of agriculture interests me"

Some regular F1 followers who have seen Sebastian Vettel at work in Bahrain and also last season have already jokingly suggested it. Isn't it time for the four-time world champion to retire? Now that Vettel has just embarked on his new adventure with Aston Martin, he won't want to think about that just yet, but he may have already found his new calling.
The adventures of Vettel during the lockdown
While his young F1 colleagues mainly used the first lockdown last year to go sim racing, Vettel remained dead silent. Vettel isn't on social media either, so what was he actually doing at home in the Swiss Alps? At least he wasn't just sitting on the couch, as he was doing an internship at an organic farm, as he now tells a press conference by Frutura.
"It was the first lockdown last year and since I had more time than planned, I thought about what I could do and what I was interested in. The subject of agriculture interested me," said Vettel who explains this interest by his already existing obsession with the proper nutrition he needs as a sportsman.
Vettel says this at the launch of the BioBienenApfel project by fruit producer Frutura, which is intended as an initiative to increase the bee population. In the short term, Vettel will not contribute to this with his own orchard, but "I found it very fascinating to learn it in practice and to talk to people who have to deal with it every day. It was definitely very interesting".
