The 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed takes place one week after the
British Grand Prix. The F1 teams will be hosted inside the
F1 Pit Lane, presented by Sky. This year, six Formula One teams will feature.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed takes place this year between the 11 and 14 July at Goodwood House in West Sussex. It is an annual motorsports festival, founded in 1993, which celebrates modern and historic racing vehicles. Each year, F1 teams also feature at the weekend.
Which F1 teams will be at the Goodwood Festival of Speed?
This year,
McLaren, Mercedes,
Williams,
Ferrari,
Red Bull Racing and Alpine will all feature at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. It was also announced on Tuesday 25 June that Aston Martin will reveal its new limited-run-track-focused car called The Valiant. This is a collaboration between the manufacturer and F1 driver Fernando Alonso.
The event organisers announced that
Williams will bring both Alex Albon and
Logan Sargeant for the weekend, alongside F1 Academy driver Lia Block. All three will feature in the 1982 world championship-winning FW08 alongside team principal
James Vowles. Red Bull will also be in attendance.
Max Verstappen will make his debut in his championship winning car, the RB16B. His teammate
Sergio Perez will drive the RB19. Other former Red Bull drivers will also feature, including VCARB driver
Daniel Ricciardo who will take the RB7 up the Hill, alongside team boss
Christian Horner in the RB8, and
David Coulthard in the RB9. Mark Webber and Christian Klien will also be in attendance. The remaining four teams are yet to confirm how they will feature at the weekend.
