Lewis Hamilton has now received his second reprimand of the season and is now just one away from receiving an automatic 10-place grid penalty.
The world champion has been reprimanded because he cut the white line at pit entry.
The
FIA stewards said that:
"On entrering the pit lane after the end of (FP1), car 44 (Hamilton's car) locked up and crossed the white line at the entrance to the pits."The penalty of a reprimand is consistent with penalties imposed for other similar incidents."
This is Hamilton's second reprimand penalty of the season; meaning that any further reprimand will consequently lead to a grid penalty, even if it's not for a driving incident.
Hamilton's team-mate Valtteri Bottas
topped proceedings during the second free practice session on Friday.
