Renault's Nico Hulkenberg will look to extend his excellent form in 2018 so far, as the German will be eyeing another points finish, but he warns about the narrow circuit of Baku.
Hulkenberg has managed a top-seven finish in each race so far, with two consecutive P6's finishes and a P7 finish in Melbourne.
"It’s about continuing on this upward trajectory and putting the work in to make sure we are ahead of our rivals,” he said on Renault's progress.
When looking ahead to this weekend's Grand Prix, the Hulk warned himself and the rest about how quick but narrow the track is.
“There are some walls waiting for you so it’s important to be quite brave, but not go over the limit.
"It’s the fastest street circuit on the calendar with overtaking possible with the long, DRS straight.
“Monaco is spacious in comparison!”
That says it all, really. Baku is a very pretty sight street circuit, but the drivers have to make sure they're not caught watching the scenery, because, as Hulkenberg said, there are some walls waiting for you if you do.
