Williams test and reserve driver Robert Kubica has been named as a potential substitute for Toro Rosso's Brendon Hartley, according to French autosport magazine Auto Hebdo.
The situation around Brendon Hartley is by no means enjoyable to witness.
Helmut Marko already indicated this, after letting it be known earlier that Red Bull does not just intend to get rid of the New Zealander out halfway through the season.
After six races Hartley seems to be less sure of his spot. Some candidates have already been mentioned as a substitute, including Pascal Wehrlein. Kubica, who is a test and co-driver of Williams, is now also mentioned by Auto Hebdo.
