Many drivers decided to introduce new engine parts in Belgium and, as we know, this resulted in several grid penalties. Qualifying is now over, but there is little left of the result when we look at the starting grid for Sunday's Grand Prix.
Verstappen starts ahead of Leclerc on P15
As things stand, Verstappen will start the race from fifteenth on the grid. This puts him ahead of
Charles Leclerc, making
Red Bull Racing's qualifying more than successful. Behind Leclerc follow
Esteban Ocon,
Lando Norris, Guanyu Zhou and Mick Schumacher.
Carlo Sainz will start from pole position, with
Sergio Perez next to him on the front row. Fernando Alonso will start from P3, with
Lewis Hamilton and
George Russell behind him.
Alexander Albon will start from a very good sixth place.
