After finishing in seventh place in Bahrain, the Max Verstappen was not satisfied with his result. The Dutchman was also not enthusiastic to look ahead to tomorrow's Grand Prix.

Verstappen had a busy day in Bahrain, where he had to leave several laps without completing them from Q1 until Q3. Eventually, he finished in P7, while Yuki Tsunoda finished in P10 this evening.

Look back on the session, Verstappen was clearly dissatisfied. Already during the session, he commented over the team radio about having issues to Gianpiero Lambiase.

"Just too slow. Bad balance in the car, I couldn't brake, couldn't turn, the car didn't have [good] handling and there was no traction. Very difficult," he began to Viaplay.

"That has been the case all weekend. We've changed the car from left to right, but nothing works," said the Dutchman, who won the Japan Grand Prix the previous weekend.

Verstappen: 'Like kicking a wall'

The Dutchman does not expect the Grand Prix to be better tomorrow. "There's also no balance for tomorrow, so it's all very difficult at the moment, on this track. You have no feeling (in the car, ed.). When you press the pedals, it's like kicking a wall."

About what's the most he thinks he could achieve in the RB21 on Sunday, he answered: "We'll see that tomorrow."
