Williams skipped releasing their full 2019 car on Monday, choosing to reveal their 2019 livery on a 2018 car but they have finally given us a sneak peek into what we can expect when they unveil it next week.
The team cancelled a 2019 shakedown because they are running behind schedule instead releasing their livery on last year's car.
Williams finished a measly last in 2018, even finishing below Racing Point who only competed for half the season but they enter with an all new lineup of George Russell and Robert Kubica but as of yet no car.
Claire Williams. the team's deputy principal is being cautious when it comes to expectations and goals.
"That's dangerous," she said.

"None of us know where other teams are going to be.

"Our target this year is progress.

"In the short-term we have to be targeting the top four again and work back towards getting on the podium."

There are several differences to what we saw when the car was launched on monday. One that stands out the most is the front wing with it being a more basic design to what was shown on Monday with the sidepods being similar to last season's.
