Spain has given us some absolute classic races over the years. In the 2012 European Grand Prix, which took place in Valencia in Spain, Fernando Alonso had one of the best races of his career, as he somehow managed to get a win in his home country with a very badly performing Ferrari car. This race was also the last podium finish for Michael Schumacher.
