Norris heavily criticised after the British Grand Prix

Lando Norris was quite criticised after the British Grand Prix ended. The McLaren driver managed to finish third at Silverstone, but according to many, he should have won the race. According to Ralf Schumacher, Norris is not yet at the level of Max Verstappen or Lewis Hamilton.

"No, Norris is not ready yet," Schumacher informed Sky Sports Germany. In doing so, the German stressed that McLaren also still has to make some steps too. "But that could also be down to the structure. It could be that its engineer is not strong enough. That is always a very important reference person. You notice that he is now annoyed with himself, with the wrong decisions, and that he wants to grow from that. That's part of it. It's a learning process."

If it were up to Schumacher, Norris was tactically trounced by Hamilton and Verstappen at Silverstone. "As a driver, you usually go into the race with a good idea of what the tyre is capable of. The team knows that too. You have to give yourself information. And then you as a driver can make the decision," Schumacher added.

Currently, Norris is 84 points behind Verstappen. Despite the McLaren looking much faster than the Red Bull in recent races, the Dutchman has only been outpacing him.

I have been suffering from Herpes for the past 1 years and 8 months, and ever since then I have been taking series of treatment but there was no improvement until I came across testimonies of Dr. Silver on how he has been curing different people from different diseases all over the world, then I contacted him as well. After our conversation he sent me the medicine which I took according to his instructions. When I was done taking the herbal medicine I went for a medical checkup and to my greatest surprise I was cured from Herpes. My heart is so filled with joy. I rate Lando. He can get better and better, BUT, as others have already stated, his mentality needs strengthening to be on par with his race craft.

No one takes Ralph seriously anymore. Lando is at least consistent. Let down by McLaren doesn't mean lando is not ready.

"Currently, Norris is 84 points behind Verstappen. Despite the McLaren looking much faster than the Red Bull in recent races, the Dutchman has only been outpacing him." Wait...I do still see some people suggesting that Red Bull is still the fastest car, while in my opinion they are clearly second/third by now...

I think the 'fastest car' thing is overrated this season, it more about setup and the best overal package an a given circuit. the top3 is so close that, ''the fastest car'' might have to settle with p5 if they get the setup wrong. I also think that Red Bull is not gonna be constructor champions this year considering Perez consistent outside top10 finishes

Norris will win regularly. This is the first time in his career that he has got a winning car. This season is an excellent opportunity for Lando and McLaren to learn against Max/Red bull, the mercedes and the ferraris. Next season will be a great chance to win for Lando as he will have all the required experience from this year. One interesting thing would be the growth of Oscar Piastri next season as he seem to be mentally very tough and with no emotions. I think he will better even Max.

Piastri?? He should some serious work on his race pace then, because the vast majority of races...he is simply not up to speed!

If Piastri should work on his race pace I wonder where Perez should work......Because Perez is no good in qualifying or in the race...

Perez should work on ordering mojito's on the beach, because thats the only thing he should be doing after the summer break...
