The rain hampered both of the favourites for pole position in Hungary. Ferrari and Red Bull were considerably slower than the Silver Arrows who once again dominated the final qualifying session at the Hungaroring. Sebastian Vettel hopes for the dry conditions to make a return tomorrow.
"It wasn't easy at all, but of course you do your best to get the most out of it. In the end, I didn't appear to be the driver who managed to squeeze the most out of it, was a pity," Vettel said.
"We were close, but I don't think I was able to ride a clear round in these conditions. If it had been dry, there would have been more possibilities, but that was not the case. We will start tomorrow from the second row and will have to build from there. When it's dry, that's good news for us"
Vettel will have to pass both Mercedes drivers tomorrow in order to win the race. With the German team locking out the front-row, Ferrari have got work on their hands. The track is seemingly difficult to overtake on, but it sounds like we've got another classic race on our hands as we head into the summer break.
