The 2021
Formula 1 calendar has been changed for the umpteenth time. After the cancelled
Singapore Grand Prix, Turkey has been added as a replacement for the second time.
F1 wanted to go back to a 'normal' season in 2021, but that hasn't been able to happen. Rather than the usual start in Australia, the season began in Bahrain. Currently, the paddock is staying in Austria for two weeks. More changes may need to be made, but for now it's the
Turkish Grand Prix that is altering the schedule again.
The Turkish Grand Prix was already announced as a replacement for the
Canadian Grand Prix but due to the coronavirus measures, the race in Turkey was cancelled. Canada was replaced with an extra race in Austria but Turkey is now back on the calendar as the replacement for Singapore.
