In the eyes of many connoisseurs,
Max Verstappen was the big favourite before the start of the race at the Istanbul circuit last Sunday. But the Dutchman had to settle for sixth place in the race after qualifying second.
Marc Surer wasn't impressed with the Red Bull driver as he explained to
Motorsport-Total.com. He gave the Dutchman the lowest possible score in his assessment, while world champion
Lewis Hamilton got the highest possible score.
Hamilton and Vettel impress
"He was the top favourite, but he made the worst start in the whole field and then was too impatient. That led to the spinning. He can still learn a lot from Hamilton," Surer said on Verstappen.
